This policy explains how SriRamanujam collects and uses data in the Android app. We use Firebase services for authentication, content delivery, notifications, analytics, and crash diagnostics.

Data We Collect

• Account profile: email, display name, profile photo URL, and optional phone number from sign-in providers.
• App account state: role, approval status, and profile preferences.
• Device/app identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging token and Firebase installation identifiers.
• Diagnostics and analytics: app interaction and crash/diagnostic events for product reliability.

How We Use Data

• Authenticate users and control approved access to published content.
• Deliver push notifications for announcements and published updates.
• Operate app features, improve performance, and investigate failures.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed through Firebase services required for app operation and reliability.

Donations (UPI Only)

• Donations are voluntary and do not unlock any paid entitlement or in-app feature.
• For eligible contributions, tax deduction may apply under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable law and valid receipt issuance.
• We store donation metadata needed for reconciliation, such as amount, transaction reference/UTR, verification status, and verifier details.
• Verified donation records may set a donor tag on your app profile for community recognition and audit consistency.
